Event Information Guide
Thank you for choosing the Georgia Aquarium and Wolfgang Puck Catering for your event! We look forward to working with you to create an exciting and successful event. We have some guidelines which will help both you and us in the planning of your special event.
Our Event Services staff will work with Wolfgang Puck Caterers, your vendors, and you to coordinate all the details of your event. Once we have the details and information from your event, we will work directly with your vendors to plan deliveries, set-up, breakdown and other needs.
The first section of this guide contains general information and guidelines. We are an aquarium with a living collection. The safety and health of this collection is always our top priority, and many of these guidelines have been put into place with them in mind. If you have any questions regarding the information outlined, please contact your salesperson or the Event Services Department directly.
The second section of this guide contains a vendor contact sheet and vendor guidelines. Please fill out as much information as possible regarding your event. We understand that you may not have chosen a particular vendor yet, so we ask that you let your salesperson know as soon as you have made a decision. Only vendors listed on this sheet will be allowed access to the Georgia Aquarium. All vendors must submit the signed vendor guidelines along with proof of liability insurance no later than 1 week prior to the event.
All deliveries must be scheduled with Event Services, including Fedex or UPS.
